Handcrafted Swinging Clown:
This is an unique handcrafted clown. The hoop fastens to the ceiling or perhaps over a crib so that our little fellow is able to swing. He's of blue and white yarn with white pom-poms. His hair is really lighter brown than the picture indicates and his features are light with rosy cheeks and a red nose. The slippers are black felt. The balloons are sturdy plastic balls. The clown's overall height is 16 inches and the metal hoop measures 12 inches in diameter. This clown is different, really nice and needs a good home.

"The Workmen's Compensation Act" Ontario, Circular 2. 11th Ed. February, 1926

This manual distributed by The Workmen's Compensation Board, Metropolitan Building, 44 Victoria Street, Toronto is in fairly good condition. It consists of 16 pages with information on inside and outside covers, as well. It measures 3 1/2 inches by 5 7/8 inches. The pages are slightly coloured from age and a few of the pages are slightly "dog eared." There are no tears or loose pages.
